Addison Jacoby

Director

Addison Jacoby is a 17-year-old senior at Lafayette Jefferson High School. She participates in her school’s newspaper, theater tech, and FEX-Tech. Addison is the editor-in-chief of her schools nationally awarded newspaper, the BOOSTER. The school year of 2023-2024, underneath editors-in-chief Eden Clugh, Haydee Cepeda, and Jim Gomez, the BOOSTER won first place at the American Scholastic Press Association. Addison is passionate for design work, journalistic integrity, and interesting stories. As a member of the theater tech crew, she has learned to operate the soundboard, operate Q-Lab, and use her muscles to rig sets. Outside of school, Addison is interested in social change. More specifically, writing about the climate crisis and the different levers of government. As a young voice, she hopes to inspire the change that is needed to make the planet a better place.
